About this course

– Intermediate Course –  This one-day course will explore the options, instances and circumstances when use of the competitive procedure with negotiation or the competitive dialogue would be most beneficial, taking account of the risk and scope of a specific project.  It will provide attendees with a sound knowledge of both procedures and the decision-making process required to back-up and justify the selection of either procedure.

Target Audience

This course is designed for participants experienced in the practical application of public procurement who are seeking to expand their knowledge of the procedures available under the Directives.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this training, the participant will have acquired the knowledge of when to use both procedures and how each one operates.  Sample template documents for key stages will also be provided including questionnaires and descriptive documents.   They will develop greater confidence on both procedures and how to support internal business decisions on procedure choice.

Cost

€795 per participant. All training costs are VAT exempt. There is a 10% discount when 3 or more places are booked on this course.
